Technical Notes:
1. About NA (numerical aperture).
Based on 2x microscope lens experience (NA0.3), we found the target energies is not enough. It means the camera is difficult to see low-temperature targets. Therefore this time we enlarge NA to 0.55. It means around 2 times the energies can enter the camera and the system will work better.
2. About magnification 23x.
Based on optical theories, the larger the magnification, the shorter the objective distance and the longer the image distance. So as you can see the housing is rather long and the distance between chip and lens is quite near.
